The following are regular groups provided for those who have completed an 8-week course to support their ongoing practice.

Those who have completed courses other than Breathworks courses or with other teachers are very welcome. Please contact Cathie first though to make sure that the course you have taken will be a good fit for what we will be doing in the ongoing groups. Thanks!


60 Mindful Minutes


A weekly drop-in class on a Tuesday evening for anyone who has completed an 8-week Mindfulness Course.

Each week we will focus on a different element drawn from the Breathworks 8-week courses beginning with a 20 minute Body Scan and finishing with a 20 minute practice relating to the key concept we've been looking at. This will allow us to revise, refresh or learn anew the full range of practices and skills provided on the courses.

We will make a prompt start in the Quintin room so feel free to arrive from 5.30 to be set up and ready to start at 5.45.

The class will provide a very accessible way to keep up or restart your practice with a class that can fit in easily after your working day or before evening meals or other activities. I won't be bringing any equipment so please bring your own mats/blankets/cushions if you would like to practice lying down or with additional support while seated.

Venue: The Diamond Centre, School Lane, Sprowston, Norwich.

Cost £5 - £7 depending on what you can afford. Pay when you arrive.


Resting Deeply

A monthly afternoon of Mindfulness practice for anyone who has completed an 8-week Mindfulness Course (or equivalent, eg approx 20 hrs). First Sunday of each month. Most of the afternoon will be spent in silence after brief introductions. There will be two 30-40 minute guided mindfulness practices and break for refreshments or further self-led practice in the middle. Cost is £10 - £15 depending on what you can afford. Early-bird block booking possible until first class on Sunday 1st July of £50 for the next 6 monthly sessions.
