Taster Sessions
(see below for taster and course dates)

Before the start of most courses there are free group taster sessions designed to give you the opportunity to see what Mindfulness meditation practice is like and to meet the course teachers and supporters. If you don't have any experience of meditation, or if you have tried it and think you don't like it or can't do it, then these sessions are a chance to find out how Mindfulness practice differs from other forms of meditation and to have a go in a relaxed environment suitable for complete beginners.

There will be two 10 minute guided meditations, a brief overview of the course that the taster is for and an opportunity to ask any questions you may have.

Coming to a taster does not mean you have to book on a course but you can leave your contact details at the end if you are interested in signing up for one. If you're sure you want to take a course it's still a good idea to come along to a taster to get a really good feel for what it will be like before you sign up.

The taster sessions are free but
please phone or email to book a place as space may be limited.

I welcome enquiries from individuals, charities and health professionals interested in running courses at other venues and I am happy to provide free taster sessions to groups.
