Taster Sessions

Before the start of most courses there are free group taster sessions designed to give you the opportunity to see what Mindfulness meditation practice is like and to meet the course teacher and any supporters.

If you don't have any experience of meditation, or if you have tried it and think you don't like it or can't do it, then these sessions are a chance to find out how Mindfulness practice differs from other forms of meditation and to have a go in a relaxed environment suitable for complete beginners.

There will be two 10 minute guided meditations, an overview of the course that the taster is for and an opportunity to ask any questions you may have.

Coming to a taster does not mean you have to book on a course.

The taster sessions are free but
please phone or email to book a place as space may be limited.

I welcome enquiries from individuals, charities and health professionals interested in running courses at other venues and I am happy to provide free taster sessions to groups.
